STR discussion postponement

Colleagues,
When I suggested a date for considering my STR amendments that have not yet been discussed (and those proposed by others), I forgot that Council Member Pool will be on city business the week of October 8. So that we can consider both my amendments and hers with a full dais, on October 8 I will propose that we shift our discussion one week -- to the October 15 meeting.
