Budget Amendments

Dear Colleagues,

I am bringing forward three budget amendments.

1. Amend funding within the the Austin Homeless Strategies (AHSO) Office’s Street & Community Outreach (SCO) Division by adding $350,000 to to change the status of three full-time temporary positions to full-time permanent and $250,000 in funding to continue street and community outreach contracts with partner organizations. http://assets.austintexas.gov/austincou ... 141938.pdf

2. Increase the Austin Parks and Recreation (APR) budget by $500,000 to maintain funding for Operations and Maintenance costs. http://assets.austintexas.gov/austincou ... 142011.pdf

3. Increase funding in the amount of $201,000 to the Austin Public Library for social worker-related community support at library locations, as appropriate. http://assets.austintexas.gov/austincou ... 141905.pdf
