Council Members:

Before tomorrow’s work session, I wanted to share a schedule outlining the plan for the meeting.

I’m unavailable tomorrow. Mayor Pro Tem Fuentes will preside over the meeting. I will be in Washington, D.C., on city business related to transit and likely also participate in some meetings related to homeless issues.

We’ve consulted with MPT Fuentes’ office. Council will begin the work session with public comments. Speakers will have 2 minutes per item. Speakers may donate time but must coordinate with the City Clerk beforehand. All parties (speakers and donors) must be present in person to be eligible for time donations.

Council will then start with council pulled item 41, followed by a staff briefing and end with an executive session.
