At the June 28th Council Meeting, I distributed an amendment intended to help limit the number of conditional use permits that could be issued within the 12th St NCCD. I will be bringing forward the same amendment on Thursday.
I appreciate staff's willingness to work with my office to come up with a solution that would limit cocktail lounge use, while still allowing enough flexibility for the African American Cultural District to realize its goals and minimizes unintended consequences.
