Audit & Finance Committee Recommended Decision Tree

Council—

I want to thank the Audit & Finance Committee for yesterday’s discussion regarding the proposed framework or “decision tree” around a potential future bond election.

The Committee also discussed the decision tree at the January 14th meeting.

The committee forwarded a recommendation to the full Council. Council Member Laine also participated and indicated she agreed with the recommendation.

For your use, I’m sharing the recommended framework. It will be up for Council consideration at the February 26th Council Meeting.
