During the last Austin Energy meeting several folks had questions as to the upcoming Rate Case schedule/calendaring. Please see this list below and mark your calendars accordingly for the Public Hearings, Council Work Sessions and Council actions beginning in August.

Background dates (For information purposes, not calendaring)
• May 3, 2016 — Intervenor and Consumer Advocate’s Presentations or Pre-filed Direct Due
• May 3, 2016 — First day Austin Energy may submit discovery requests to other Parties
• May 10, 2016 — Cross Rebuttal by Intervenors and Consumer Advocate to other Intervenors’ and Consumer Advocate’s Party Presentations
• May 17, 2016 — Last day to submit discovery requests regarding Intervenors’, Consumer Advocate’s Direct and Cross-Rebuttal Presentations
• May 20, 2016 — Austin Energy files Rebuttal to Intervenors’ and Consumer Advocate’s Party Presentations and cross rebuttal
• May 27, 2016 — Last day to submit discovery requests regarding AE’s Rebuttal presentation
• May 31, 2016 — Pre-Hearing Conference (if requested by the parties)
• May 31 – June 3, 2016 — Hearing (4-day hearing)
• June 10, 2016 — Intervenors and Consumer Advocate file Closing Briefs
• June 17, 2016 — Austin Energy files Closing Brief
• July 15, 2016 — Hearing Examiner issues final recommendation
• July 18, 2016 — EUC Meeting
