Item 2 and Item 42

Colleagues,

I want to bring to your attention two items on tomorrow’s agenda that will be postponed:

After consultation with staff, Item 2, the City Clerk’s ordinance regarding boards and commissions will be moved to the 2/27agenda to give time for language clarification.

Also, because there may be quite a few speakers on Item 42, the “Site Plan Lite” code amendments, I’d like to make sure the public knows that Changes and Corrections will reflect a requested postponement of that item to the 3/6 agenda. CM Ellis, who has been leading on this topic, would like more time to review the changes.
