Requesting postponement for Item 32 for 3/6/25 mtg

Colleagues,

I am asking your consideration to postpone item 32 (erosion hazard zone near the Colorado River) on tomorrow's agenda. Staff has advised me they are OK with the postponement and there are a number of commercial property owners who are still assessing the impacts on their property. I understand the source of this item dates back to 2022 but for at least the 3 new members - 2 of which just received the briefing last week at CWEP - it might be helpful to have just a little more time to review.
