MobCom at 1pm: Federal Grants, Light Rail, Capital Project Planning, and More

Colleagues,

Tomorrow (Thursday)’s Mobility Committee meeting will include three briefings on topics of citywide importance that I wanted to bring to your attention:
- A federal mobility grants outlook, with a status update on grants to the City of Austin (presented by IGRO and TPW);
- A progress update on Project Connect Austin Light Rail, including the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (presented by ATP); and
- A briefing on the mobility project development process, from needs identification through construction, to inform our thinking about the next bond package (presented by TPW).

We will also hear our standing update from the Urban Transportation Commission and review the monthly City of Austin Mobility Report. All meeting materials can be found here:
