Please consider this my “follow-up” with Council Member Seigel that I promised regarding his proposed amendments to item 31.

I’ve attached a document that is labeled “Version 3”. It’s the third version because of changes we made based on stakeholder feedback and that was “Version 2”.

Version 3 incorporates CM Seigel’s proposals. It also includes the addition of the Red River Cultural District as a key partner. Unless there is something else, this should be the version that will be offered as part of the consent agenda tomorrow.
