Item 57 - Amendments to Waterfront Overlay IFC

Mayor Pro Tem Tovo will be proposing the following amendment to item 57, which initates code amendments to the Festival Beach Subdistrict of the Waterfront Overlay:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED
That prior to presenting this ordinance to the City Council for consideration, the City Manager is directed to engage the expertise of staff from the Watershed Protection and Planning and Zoning Departments to identify any strategies available, to the maximum extent feasible, to meet current code for impervious cover and water quality.
