non-peak hours permits for concrete pours, draft motion

Hello All,
At Tuesday's work session, I mentioned that I was planning to make a motion on Item #18 to adopt an amended version of the drafted ordinance in backup. I have drafted my motion and you "should" be able to view my draft of my motion as it stands now, by copying this link into a browser window --

Basically this would contract the hours to end at 2am rather than than the now allowable all night (till 6am) ordinance, and rather than expanding the applicability to DMU and P zoning, it would limit the expansion to P. I also have some added language in the new subsection E.
