On behalf of myself, Councilmembers Velásquez, Vela, Ryan Alter, and Qadri, I would like to share some of our budget priorities for the FY 24-25 budget. These items reflect many of the outstanding needs Council has discussed throughout the last year or that have been posted to the message board by colleagues or otherwise publicly discussed. We believe there is consensus on most, if not all, of these items as high priority and look forward to discussing them further.
