Item #84 ASMP/Walk Bike Roll

Colleagues,

I intend to bring these 2 motion sheets for Item #84 Walk Bike Roll. The first is on behalf of CM Ryan Alter regarding segments 27, 28, and 29 of the Urban Trails Plan:

And the 2nd is regarding a trail in District 8, the YBC Trail (Y at Oak Hill to Barton Creek). My motion sheet changes this trail segment from Tier 2 to Tier 1 as it was originally included in the 2016 Mobility Bonds which was approved by voters. It will need to have future funding identified to complete the plan but has been in planning for a long time.
