Ice Storm Briefing & Work Session Follow-Up

Colleagues,
Due to the A/V issues we encountered this morning, we do not intend to return to public session after executive session today. I will only go back out to adjourn the meeting after we finish our Executive Session items.
If you had additional comments or questions regarding the Winter Weather Situational Update briefing, please feel welcome to share those on this thread. I know I have a number of questions related to the winter disaster that I did not have an opportunity to discuss today, and I plan to post those here shortly.
If you had potential amendments or comments related to the pulled item #40, you may wish add them to the thread CM Ryan Alter began yesterday: https://austincouncilforum.org/viewtopic.php?t=1735
