11/3 Council Meeting

Colleagues,
We have 46 speakers currently signed up for tomorrow's Council Meeting -- 13 speakers in the morning as close to 10am as possible and 33 speakers on zoning as close to 2pm as possible. Speaker registration at the kiosk closes tomorrow morning at 9:15am. I suggest we allow speakers 3 minutes in the morning and 2 minutes for zoning. We will take up the Statesman PUD after the zoning consent vote.
