10/27 Council Meeting

Colleagues,
We have 76 speakers currently signed up for tomorrow's Council Meeting -- 45 speakers in the morning as close to 10am as possible and 31 speakers on zoning as close to 2pm as possible. Speaker registration at the kiosk closes tomorrow morning at 9:15am. I suggest we allow speakers 1 minute in the morning and 2 minutes for zoning.
