Concrete Pouring Ordinance on Oct. 27th Addendum

Colleagues,
Mayor Adler, CM Fuentes, CM Vela and I are cosponsoring an IFC for the October 27th agenda that will be added to the addendum. This IFC is an ordinance, related to, and replacing, the Concrete Pouring Resolution that was postponed on October 13th. I will be withdrawing resolution, Item 40.
Posting Language: Approve an ordinance authorizing a Type 2 Non-Peak Hour Permit for Concrete Installation for the property located at 2400 South Congress and establishing permit conditions.
