On behalf of CM Pool, I am posting our updated Parks motion sheet for the second reading on the Statesman PUD. The details of this motion are supported by the Applicant and our Parks department.

This motion sheet covers two parts of V5 of the draft ordinance:

*Part 7. Community Amenities. The vertical wall described in section F) is clarified that the Applicant is fully funding this amenity; this vertical wall is also removed from the list of parks amenities.
*Part 10. Park and Recreation. Several sections are amended here, including the section related to Parks Programming Plan, the list of improvements funded at 100% by the Landowner, and a new section is added related to the public park improvements funded by the Parkland Dedication Fees and prioritized in a public process. We have asked staff to add a "page 2" to Exhibit G to name the list of parks amenities that are part of the South Central Waterfront Vision Plan and that will be considered in the prioritization process.

Here is the link to the motion sheet: http://assets.austintexas.gov/austincou ... 182658.pdf

Thanks all,
Louisa
