Colleagues,
As I mentioned on Tuesday, please see my motion sheet for Item 64. ADUs are an important mechanism for multi-generational housing and for families to stay in place. As we address this issue, it is important that we do not reduce the number of structures a homeowner is allowed on their property today and provide the flexibility that families need to take advantage of the tools we create.
