City of Austin Council Message Board

Good afternoon colleagues,

Our next Public Safety Committee meeting is scheduled for July 20 at 2pm. The format will be more traditional with conversation primarily between city staff and council. We will use this meeting to work on public safety metrics (MPT's item 50 from June 11) and get a head start on public safety budget discussions. If there is remaining time, we are also posted to review 9-1-1 data analysis.

And as a reminder, the next committee meeting is scheduled for August 6th beginning at 10am, where the committee will re-visit the 9-1-1 analysis item and continue discussing public safety budgets prior to budget adoption.
