Special Called City Council Meeting - 9/12/24

Council:

I am calling a Special Called Meeting of the Austin City Council on Thursday, September 12th at 1pm. We will take up one item in Executive Session related to the G file. I have included the posting language below.

Discuss legal issues related to Equity Action v. T.C. Broadnax, et al., Cause No. D-1-GN-23-008687 in the 201st Judicial District of Travis County, Texas (Private consultation with legal counsel – Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code).

We are also posted for Executive Session on items 58, 59, and 60 at our regularly scheduled Council Meeting. If you would like to go into Executive Session on these items, please let me know by replying to this message board post. If not, items 58, 59, and 60 can remain on the consent agenda.
