Council Item Tracking Systems

Post by Ann Kitchen »

Everyone

Our office is working with staff to help us develop a simple tool (using available software) to help us track the items we are working on in our office (similar to a case management system). This will provide the functionality to better keep track of our progress on constituent issues and policy priorities we are pursuing (rather than just pencil and paper!). We expect this approach to make us more effective and efficient in serving the district.

If anyone is interested or has questions - please drop by and let us know. We are happy to share what we come up with. You can talk with Kelan Robinson, Ken Craig, or Donna Tiemann in my office, or with me.

THANKS

(and thanks to CM Gallo and Tina Cannon for sharing their work on websites!)
