Starting point for potential $720M Mobility Bond Program

Below is a link to the document I have handed out on the dais this morning. I see this as a starting point for our discussion of a potential $720 million mobility bond program in November. This proposed program reflects a continued focus on transformative investments in our major corridors, while balancing our need to invest in priority regional mobility projects, safety, and active transportation (Sidewalks, Trails, and Bicycle infrastructure). I look forward to our discussion today and have great hope that we can reach consensus by next week on a mobility bond program that will make a meaningful impact in our community.
