Item 69 - District Level Planning REVISED Draft Resolution

Colleagues -
After discussions with our co-sponsors and staff, we've revised our resolution to establish District Level Planning by ordinance rather than as an amendment to the Land Development Code. This revision still initiates the important work of district planning and allows flexibility to accommodate current and future planning efforts.
