Colleagues,
I want to thank CM Fuentes and co-sponsors for your leadership on bringing item 43 and all the related issues to the forefront for this open communication. This matter presents important issues reflecting important concerns of neighbors and brings back the trauma of what were undeniably past injustices. Please see below an amendment to this item that I believe reflects the best resolution of the competing factors.
