Colleagues,
Below is my motion sheet for Items 45 and 49. These items authorize legal/litigation services contracts to defend the City in lawsuits filed by protest victims. In order to encourage the City to settle these cases rather than continued litigation, I move that we reduce the authorized amounts in these contracts.
