Item 30 - Casar Direction

Colleagues,
I'm excited to be passing Item 30 on this week's agenda. I sponsored the resolution to create the Civil Rights Office in 2018 and am happy to see the establishment of the office and now the codification of its authority.
I am offerring the following direction to the item to direct the City Manager and the community to explore further expansion and improvement of our civil rights protections.
