Colleagues,
Some important language that was agreed to in discussions with the Urban Renewal Board inadvertently was left out of the version of item 48 that we just passed. When we return to the dais, I will be asking for a motion to reconsider this item to quickly incorporate this language as a part of the adopted resolution.
The requested language is highlighted in the amendment linked below and I have also asked that this be distributed and posted by the agenda office:
