7/29 Council Meeting

Colleagues,
Here is the general plan I recommend for the 7/29 Council Meeting. We have about 155 speakers signed up overall. In each batch, we will start with remote speakers then move to the in person speakers.
- In the morning, we will hear from about 106 speakers at 1 minute each.
- Noon - Citizen Communication – 10 speakers at 3 min each.
- Lunch break: after Cit Com Speakers
- 2 pm – 39 zoning speakers at 3 min each.
