4/8 Council Meeting

Colleagues,
Here is the general plan I recommend for the 4/8 Council Meeting. We have about 41 speakers signed up overall.
- In the morning, we will hear from about 32 speakers at 3 minute each.
- Noon - Citizen Communication – 3 speakers at 3 min each.
- Lunch break: after Cit Com Speakers
- 2 pm – 6 zoning speakers at 3 min each.
