Colleagues,

Below are my proposed amendments for Item 37 re: cadet classes.

I believe the work laid out in the Kroll report and in the Blueprint is necessary and important. These amendments are written with the goal of ensuring that what is in the Blueprint will be fully and faithfully implemented before a cadet class begins, and that change we're looking for is more long-lasting.
