Here is the general plan I recommend for the 2/25 Special Called Council Meeting. We have 11 speakers signed up to speak.
- Start with COVID Briefing
- Then briefing on Severe weather event and ongoing recovery and relief efforts
- If we have time before lunch, can start considering action items, but will not take any action until after speakers
- Tentative plan to break for lunch around 12:30 pm or so.
- 1:30 – hear from 11 speakers at 3 minutes each
- After speakers, will continue any council discussion and take up the action items.
