November 12 Council Meeting

Because the November 12 City Council Meeting falls the day after a city holiday (Nov 11 is Veterans Day) the timeline for speaker sign up will be adjusted a bit – registration will both open and close a bit earlier than usual.
• Speaker registration will open on Fri, Nov 6 after the Addendum is posted
• Speaker registration will close at noon on Tues, Nov 10
