Please find below a motion sheet from CM Ellis for Item 12 (the DSD Contractor Registration Program resolution), which reflects the discussion at work session and includes many of CM Flannigan's ideas to strengthen the resolution. CM Ellis appreciates his collaboration on this amendment.
