Special Called Meeting, July 9

Colleagues,
A Special Called Meeting will be posted for Thursday, July 9 at 10 am to discuss COVID related items.
The meeting is primarily for our regular briefing, including from Dr. Escott, Director Hayden, and Dr. Meyers. We will also have the opportunity to consider possible action on two IFC ordinances that would give us some additional enforcement tools for the Governor’s and my Orders:
- one that makes Dr. Escott and Pubic Health Authority's rules enforceable;
- one that makes non-compliance with what is the substance of the Governor’s and my Orders nuisances that can be abated.
The agenda with back-up will be posted this morning. (The Public Safety Committee is posted to meet Thursday afternoon at 2pm.)
