Jan. 31 Work Session

Colleagues:
Tomorrow is Texas Muslim Capitol Day hosted by the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), so I am planning to leave our work session at 10:30 am for the capitol and return at 11:00. We have a number of discussion items to go over tomorrow, so depending on the will of the group, we can either recess or you can continue without me for that period of time.
