Colleagues,
I'm working through the ordinance that passed on second reading as well as mulling over the conversation we had at work session.
It seems to me that we still have a fair amount of discussion to have as a Council, especially in relation to the affordable housing component. Several questions were also raised at work session for which we need answers.
I just want to signal that I believe it would be appropriate on Thursday to discuss whether we're ready as a Council to take up this matter on third reading or whether it would be a better course to postpone and allow for a more thorough review and conversation about the pending elements.
