Item 21 Lobby Ordinance - First reading proposal

Council Member Pool will propose Council consideration of the draft lobby ordinance on first reading only to allow more time for stakeholder input. CM Pool will also propose the following amendments redlined on pages 2, 11, and 18 of the draft ordinance.
