Council Appointee Performance Review

This Wednesday, June 22 at noon we will have an executive session to evaluate the performance of, and consider compensation and benefits for the City Manager. An important goal for the executive session is to discuss Section 6 of the Council Appointee Evaluation Form. This section sets out goals and objectives to be met during FY2016-17. Our recent policy priorities retreat suggests that Homelessness, Affordability, and Mobility are top policy priorities, amongst several others. The end result of the executive session should be to set out key outcomes and result areas for the City Manager's review and feedback.

On Thursday, June 23, we are also scheduled to conduct similar reviews in executive session for our other appointees including the City Auditor, Municipal Office Clerk, and the City Clerk. These appointees have been asked by Council to propose goals and objectives to be met during FY2017.

The Human Resources Department will be available to provide information and assistance. Attached is the City Council Appointee Evaluation form.
