Council Member Leslie Pool has responded to the May 9 Memo from ATD Director Robert Spillar and DSD Director Rodney Gonzalez that went out to Mayor and Council. At the time this memo was sent, The Grove had already been judged in a preliminary report by Planning & Zoning Department that it was "not superior" overall, but particularly in transportation. There are, however, outstanding comments in this memo that CM Pool feels need to be addressed; including past questions on transportation issues on The Grove that remain unanswered.
