Colleagues,
Please see attached version 2 for item 35, directing the City Manager to assess the effectiveness of the Emergency Closure/Bad Weather Pay Procedure. Additional language will direct the City Manager to provide a comprehensive report to council no later than May 30th allowing enough time to be considered as part of budget discussion during Budget Work Sessions for FY25.
