Austin Energy Meeting Date Changes

CM Gallo has expressed concerns regarding AE meetings being scheduled against Council meeting dates. In an effort to relieve some of the Thursday congestion going forward, she is proposing the dates listed below. Each is the 3rd Monday of the month with May being the only exception.

All meeting (except for May) will be 9am to 12pm. We have worked to determine that these dates/times are free of other Committee meetings. Please advise if you see any conflicts that we did not consider.
