Deferred Payment Arrangement follow up

Below is a referral to the Austin Energy Utility Oversight Committee to follow up with the new Deferred Payment Agreement program that was voted on last Thursday.
If there are immediate problems or overwhelm with the implementation, staff from AE will wish to advise the council at the next opportunity, in August.
If, however the implementation is relatively uneventful then it is recommended that AEUOC ask for a report back (regarding the number of people taking appointments, the staff needed to accomodate those customers, and the impacts on recovery rates) after a few months of the new operations, by your October committee meeting.
