This week's special called meetings

Council Members,
We have several new and postponed items posted for the special called meetings on the 23rd and 25th. We expect the council meeting on the 23rd to conclude around noon, and it is likely that we will have significant discussion on the proposed revision of the Drainage fee – meaning will not have a great deal of time for other items. Therefore, if you have outstanding questions related to the postponed contract or procurement items, we strongly encourage you to work with staff today to get those answered, so that the likelihood of those items passing on consent is greater. We do have the opportunity to take action on items not resolved on Tuesday’s meeting on Thursday as well, however we would prefer to not cut in to our Austin Energy meeting.
