Outline of 6/20/19 Council Meeting & 6/19/19 Special Called

Colleagues,
As we begin planning for our final meetings before the July break, this is to outline to the public how and when I propose we hear our items.
There are three meetings at which we could act on items from the June 20, 2019 Council agenda:
- Wednesday, June 19th at 1:30 pm, a Special Called meeting,
- Thursday, June 20th at 10 am, our regular meeting, and
- Friday June 21st, if free and available.
On June 19th, we will take up all consent items (items 1-105), except for the ones below. This includes public testimony. We will consider items pulled from the consent agenda, except items that were postponed or noticed for June 20th.
The items listed below were noticed or postponed to June 20th and will not be taken up on June 19th:
- Item #64: Purchasing – mobile customer outreach trailer (postponed by Council on 6/6/19 to 6/20/19)
- Item #65: Purchasing – Ergonomic consulting (postponed by Council on 6/6/19 to 6/20/19)
- Item #66: Purchasing – Regulatory consulting ((postponed by Council on 6/6/19 to 6/20/19)
- Item #67: Purchasing – master plan for ARR (postponed by Council on 6/6/19 to 6/20/19)
- Item #68: Purchasing – furniture lease for DSD (postponed by Council on 6/6/19 to 6/20/19)
- Item #69: Purchasing- Butler Pitch and Putt golf course contract (postponed by Council on 6/6/19 to 6/20/19)
- Item #87: IFC – Manana property tax ordinance repeal (Property owners were informed action would be 6/20)
- Item #89: IFC – Manana property tax uses resolution (Property owners were informed action would be 6/20)
- Item #98: IFC – Homelessness related ordinance repeals (Postponed by Council on 6/6/19 to 6/20/19)
On June 20th, we will take up the remaining items posted for June 20th, including any items that are pulled from the consent agenda and not acted upon on the 19th, non-consent agenda, public hearings, and zoning. Should we not get through all of our items on June 20th, we can reconvene the afternoon of June 21st.
This post will be updated to reflect items on the addendum once the addendum is posted.
(Note that I will not be present at the Work Session on June 18th.)
