The intent of this amendment is to clean-up inconsistent language in some of the policies outlined in the draft neighborhood plan.
This amendment would use the following standard language for policies BR P5, AL P6, BA P3, and US P1:
"Development immediately adjacent to the Residential Core will be compatible, with enhanced landscape screening and building height step backs."

This amendment updates policy RI P1 to call for residential house-scale as the dominant building type in the Residential Core and adds a definition for Residential House Scale to Page 19.
